I’m Laura Lee - a survivor, a thriver, a warrior, and a Trauma Informed Coach. I have multiple mental health diagnoses - MDD, OCD, GAD, PTSD due to MST and childhood sexual trauma, panic disorder, and VCD with conversion disorder. I also have PLMD - a sleep disorder. Sometimes I feel like I'm diagnosed with alphabet soup. If you're swimming in alphabet soup, too. You're in the right place. I choose to embrace PTSD and depression, and all of my diagnoses, because if I don't own them, they'll own me!
